Rev. CUpdated 2026-09-30
Prepare the installation site before the system is delivered. A CORE Instruments engineer completes the installation once these requirements are met.
Space and floor
The standard configuration is two 19 in racks. Allow 1 m of clearance in front for DUT access and 0.6 m behind for cabling and coolant lines.
| Requirement | Value |
|---|---|
| Footprint, two racks | 1.2 m × 1.0 m |
| Floor load | ≥ 500 kg/m² |
| Door clearance for delivery | 0.9 m × 2.1 m |
Electrical supply
| Requirement | Value |
|---|---|
| Mains | 400 V AC, 3-phase + N + PE |
| Protection | 32 A, type C |
| Connector | CEE 32 A, 5-pin |
Warning
The supply must be installed by a qualified electrician before delivery. Do not use extension cables or adaptors.
Coolant and environment
The cold plate needs a water-glycol supply of 2 to 20 l/min, from a recirculating chiller or a facility loop. Ambient temperature must stay between 15 and 35 °C, non-condensing.
